- Damaged or Defective Product: ReImagineGRP will replace any incorrect, damaged, or defective item at no charge to the client.
- Window of Return: Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival. ReImagineGRP must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods in order to receive a refund. In some instances, you will be asked to supply ReImagineGRP with pictures of the item(s), which we will need before we can begin the process to refund.
- Shipping: ReImagineGRP will arrange pickup of any misprinted, damaged, or defective items at no cost to you.
- Receiving Your Refund: Method of refund depends primarily on the method of initial payment. Credit card refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.
Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on branded promotional items.
